These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jelivo platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing jelivo, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the jelivo Platform in any capacity — including as a guest browser, registered Player, or any other user — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, and that you agree to be bound by all of them.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jelivo Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. 3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the jelivo Platform. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.
3.4 Own Identity Only. You must register using your own true personal details. Opening an Account in the name of another person, using false identity information, or impersonating any third party is prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination.
3.5 Mental Capacity. You must not use the Platform if you are under any court-imposed or self-imposed restriction on gambling, if you are in a state of impaired judgment, or if you have been identified as a problem gambler through jelivo's responsible gaming processes.
4.1 To access real-money Services on jelivo, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
4.2 jelivo reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including but not limited to at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected on your Account. Verification may require submission of government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used.
4.3 Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the timeframe requested by jelivo may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jelivo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.5 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jelivo immediately at [email protected].
5.1 Deposits
jelivo accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet in real time or within the timeframe specified for the relevant payment method. jelivo does not accept deposits made using third-party payment accounts — the name on your payment account must match the name on your jelivo Account.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within two (2) hours as standard. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

All transactions on the jelivo Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jelivo does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.4 Transaction Fees
jelivo does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jelivo's control.
6.1 jelivo offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published alongside the relevant offer.
6.2 Bonus Funds are separate from Real Money Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. By default, Real Money Funds are wagered before Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
6.3 jelivo reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to exploit a promotional offer through multiple Accounts or collusive play will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
6.4 jelivo reserves the right to void any winnings derived from a bonus that was obtained fraudulently, through technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the jelivo Platform are final once confirmed. jelivo does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where expressly permitted under the specific rules of the relevant game or market.
7.2 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or betting market, jelivo reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts to the relevant Player Accounts. jelivo's determination in such matters is final.
7.3 jelivo reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet, game round, or betting market at its sole discretion. Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day, as published in the relevant game or market rules.
7.4 For sports betting markets, jelivo follows established industry rules regarding the settlement of markets affected by postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled events. Specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
7.5 In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the correct odds at the time a bet is placed — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed issue — jelivo reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelivo Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

9.1 jelivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where jelivo has reasonable grounds to believe that:
9.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Real Money Funds will be held in the Account wallet and released upon satisfactory resolution, provided no breach of these Terms is confirmed. Where a breach is confirmed, jelivo reserves the right to forfeit all Funds held in the Account, including any pending winnings.
9.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jelivo support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided identity verification has been completed.

12.4 In no event shall jelivo's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes jelivo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jelivo's negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
13.1 jelivo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, fair gaming environment for all Players. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.
